This is the million dollar question - We  have quoted on many sites where there has been too many hours dedicated to the cleaning and still the place doesn't look like it has seen a hoover in a long time. The other issue is where clients don't allow enough time to get round the site and therefore the standard is poor due to lack of time or resources.  We attend and carry out a full site survey and email  our findings along with our quotation.
